Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Toolarithm handles information when you use the website and its browser-based tools. Toolarithm is built to keep the workflow lightweight, which means most graph paper generation happens directly in your browser rather than through a personal account or server-side file storage system.

1. Information we collect

Toolarithm does not require user registration to generate graph paper, and the core tools are intended to work client-side. That means we do not ask for your name, email address, billing details, or uploaded personal files in order to use the graph paper generators.

Like most websites, limited technical information may still be processed automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, approximate region, pages viewed, and general performance data. This information is used to understand how the website is performing and where improvements are needed.

2. Analytics disclosure

Toolarithm uses Google Analytics to understand broad traffic, route performance, device categories, and general usage patterns. The current application does not load Firebase Analytics or a heavy advertising tracker for the core graph paper tool experience.

Analytics is used for operational insight rather than profile building. The intent is to review broad trends such as page views, route responsiveness, and device distribution, not to build personal dossiers about individual visitors.

3. Client-side tool usage

The graph paper tools are designed to run primarily in the browser. Settings such as spacing, colors, paper size, and export options may be stored locally on your device so your last-used configuration can be restored. Those settings are stored in your browser and are not treated as personal account records.

Generated files such as PDFs, PNGs, and SVGs are produced for your use and downloaded locally. Toolarithm does not intentionally collect or host those generated files as part of the normal graph paper workflow.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Toolarithm aims to keep cookie usage minimal. The website may rely on essential browser storage or technical session behavior needed for site functionality, performance measurement, and remembering basic tool preferences. At this time, Toolarithm does not use a heavy advertising or behavior-tracking cookie model for the core tool experience.

If the platform adds new products or third-party integrations in a later phase, this policy may be updated to reflect those changes.

5. Data sharing and third parties

Toolarithm does not sell personal data. Limited technical data may be processed by infrastructure and analytics providers that help run and measure the service, such as Vercel and Google Analytics. Those providers operate as part of the site’s hosting and performance stack rather than as advertising partners.

If you contact Toolarithm directly by email, the contents of that message may be used to respond to your request, resolve support issues, or improve the product.

6. Your choices

You can stop using locally stored tool preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage for Toolarithm. You can also limit analytics and browser storage through your browser configuration, privacy tools, or network settings, although some site features may become less convenient as a result.
