Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Toolarithm and its online tools. By accessing the website, you agree to use the service responsibly and in a way that complies with applicable laws and the conditions below.

1. Permitted use

Toolarithm is provided as a free online utility platform. Unless otherwise stated for a specific future product, the current graph paper tools may be used for personal, educational, professional, and commercial purposes. That includes generating files for study, client work, internal business use, teaching material, and printed reference sheets.

You may not use the site in a way that interferes with the platform, abuses infrastructure, violates applicable law, or attempts to access systems or data beyond the intended public website functionality.

2. Free access

The currently available Toolarithm graph paper tools are free to use. Toolarithm may expand, revise, or retire parts of the service over time, but access to the present graph paper features is not conditioned on payment, account creation, or subscription.

If future services introduce different access terms, those terms would be described separately for the relevant product or feature.

3. Ownership of generated output

You own the files you generate using Toolarithm, including graph paper PDFs, PNGs, SVGs, and other locally exported outputs created from your chosen configuration. Toolarithm does not claim ownership of the generated files you produce through normal use of the service.

Toolarithm retains its rights in the website, tool interface, branding, code, and underlying platform materials. Those rights do not prevent you from using the exported files for lawful personal or commercial work.

4. No warranty disclaimer

Toolarithm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While the goal is to provide accurate, dependable, print-ready tools, Toolarithm does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing exported files before relying on them in production, academic, engineering, legal, or regulated workflows. In particular, if exact measurement fidelity is important, you should confirm print settings, scaling, margins, and device behavior before final use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolarithm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related damages arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, workflow interruption, or downstream costs tied to reliance on generated output.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Changes to the service and terms

Toolarithm may update the website, its features, or these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after a material update means you accept the revised terms. The current privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the current terms, the appropriate remedy is to stop using the service.
